1. The short version

We use the minimum storage needed to run the site, plus two privacy-respecting analytics tools that measure traffic in aggregate. We do not run session-replay or screen-recording software. We do not run advertising or social-media pixels. We do not sell or share what we collect, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

2. Strictly necessary storage

These are set by https://synthrexbiotech.com itself and the site cannot work without them. They are not used for advertising.

  • Sign-in session — keeps you logged in. Set by our authentication provider, Supabase.
  • Research verification — remembers that you completed the research-use and age attestation, so you are not asked on every page.
  • Cart — remembers what you added, stored in your browser.
  • Referral code — if you arrived through an affiliate link, the code is stored in your browser so it can be applied at checkout. It is not shared with anyone.

3. Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cookieless. It does not use client-side state, does not fingerprint your device, and cannot follow you to other sites. It tells us how many people visited and which pages they saw.

PostHog. Aggregate product analytics — which pages are visited and where people drop out of the ordering flow. Configured so that a profile is only created for an identified account, not for anonymous visitors. Session recording is not enabled.

4. What we do not use

We want to be specific, because these are common and we have chosen against them:

  • No session replay or screen recording — nothing reconstructs your mouse movement, scrolling, keystrokes or form input.
  • No advertising pixels — no Meta Pixel, no Google Ads tag, no TikTok pixel.
  • No cross-site tracking, no data brokers, no sale of personal data.

5. Your choices

Every browser can block or delete cookies and site storage — look for Privacy or Site Settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage will sign you out and empty your cart, but nothing will break permanently.

Most browsers also send a Global Privacy Control signal if you enable it, and we honour it. You can opt out of Cloudflare and PostHog analytics entirely by using your browser’s Do Not Track or GPC setting, or by blocking scripts from those domains.
