Dermal & Matrix Research Peptides

What unites this class is the extracellular matrix and the cells that build it, not an application. GHK-Cu is the most studied: the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine was isolated from human plasma by Loren Pickart in 1973, and the copper is not incidental — the complex is characterised as a copper carrier, and the coordination chemistry is the mechanistic centre of almost everything published about it. KPV is a melanocortin-derived tripeptide, the C-terminal fragment of alpha-MSH, characterised in keratinocyte and murine models with described activity on NF-κB signalling. Snap-8 is an octapeptide from a different tradition entirely — a SNARE-complex-targeting sequence developed for cosmetic-science formulation work, and the compound on this site with the thinnest indexed primary literature of the three. Where the evidence is thin, the product page says so.
