A combined GHK-Cu, KPV, BPC-157 and TB-500 preparation used in multi-pathway research models.
A four-component supplier formulation combining GHK-Cu, the melanocortin-derived tripeptide KPV (the C-terminal 11–13 fragment of α-MSH), BPC-157 and TB-500. As with the other blends, this is a formulation rather than a molecule, and it has no independent discovery history.
Full research notes and sources for KLOW Blend →An alpha-MSH tripeptide fragment investigated in inflammatory-pathway research.
KPV is the C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone — residues 11 to 13, lysine-proline-valine. Its interest to researchers comes from a specific structural observation: the tripeptide retains a portion of α-MSH’s activity in inflammation models while lacking the melanocortin-receptor pigmentation activity of the full 13-residue hormone. That dissociation — keeping one property while dropping another — is why the fragment was pursued rather than the parent.
